Job description

The Paramus, New Jersey office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking Associate Attorneys to join its growing Labor & Employment practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to expand their practice while working with an experienced and collaborative team representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters.

The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of litigation and employment law experience. Experience with labor relations matters—collective bargaining, grievance administration, and arbitration—is preferred but not required. We also welcome inquiries from established teams of attorneys with experience in this practice area.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
