Responsibilities

• Assist in employment discrimination and retaliation claims.
• Handle restrictive covenants, trade secrets, non-competes, and non-solicitation matters.
• Conduct internal investigations.
• Handle union disputes and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Provide employment counseling and advice.
• Participate in general commercial litigation.
