Job summary

Chambliss, Bahner, Stophel, P.C. seeks an attorney with 2+ years of employment law experience to provide guidance on state and federal employment matters and to prepare or review related documents.

You will support clients across HR, DEI, recruitment, talent, and compliance, collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff, and handle litigation stages from discovery to trial while monitoring evolving laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an attorney in employment law.
• Experience advising and counseling clients is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment law advice on matters under state and federal law and prepare or review employment-related documents.
