Job summary

Chambliss, Bahner, Stophel, P.C. seeks an experienced employment attorney in Maryland. You will advise on state and federal employment law, and draft or review employment-related documents, policies, and handbooks.

Support clients across HR, DEI, recruiting, talent, HR compliance, and a broad range of employment concerns. The role involves handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an attorney working in employment law.
• Experience with client counseling is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication to advocate for clients.
• Willing to pitch in, collaborate, and support a growing department in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to problem solve, resolve, and close open issues and assist staff and colleagues.
• Skilled at meeting strict deadlines under significant time pressure.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively and balance conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities
