• The Associate will assist in complex defense-side employment litigation and counseling capacities, collaborating closely with Shareholders across the firm's more than 50 offices.
• There will be regular opportunities to interact with clients, both large and small, from a variety of industries.
• Required experience focuses on complex litigation involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, and other employment claims.
• The role also requires experience advising employers on compliance issues related to leaves of absence, performance management, wage and hour compliance, and terminations, as well as drafting personnel policies and employment agreements.
• Class and collective action experience is considered a plus.
• Admission to the PA State Bar in good standing is required, and NJ admission is preferred.
