Overview

• The role requires a significant emphasis in traditional management-side labor law, ideally including NLRA and RLA work, along with employment law experience.
• Candidates are sought who can take depositions, handle administrative hearings, and serve as second chair in trials.

• Associate attorneys are expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters annually.
• The firm expects 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work) and at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
