Qualifications

• 2nd-5th year associate with 2–5 years of experience in labor and employment law or general litigation.
• Experience at a large law firm.
• Background in employment law and/or general litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with employment counselling, investigations and class actions preferred.
• Federal judicial clerks completing terms in 2026 encouraged to apply.
• Active California Bar membership required.

Compensation

Salary Range: $235,000 - $310,000 (DOE)
