Our client, an Am Law 20 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of employment litigation experience to join its Employment and Compensation Group.

Base pay range: $235,000.00/yr - $365,000.00/yr

Salary range: $235,000 - $365,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

• 2-6 years employment law experience
• Major top tier law firm experience in employment litigation preferred
• Judicial clerkship is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills
