This role offers a balanced mix of employment litigation, day-to-day client counselling, and employment support on M&A transactions within a highly sophisticated and fast-paced platform.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on day-to-day employment law issues and risk management
• Support employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Represent clients in employment litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions and employment-related agreements
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on compliance matters

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of broad employment law experience
• Experience in both employment counselling and litigation
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognised law school
• Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
• Highly motivated with strong initiative
• Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission

Compensation

Salary Range: $225,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
