Job summary

Rutgers Business School seeks part-time instructors to teach non-credit courses across its Newark and New Brunswick campuses. Instructors may teach on-site or at off-site locations, delivering engaging lectures and practical insights to diverse adult learners.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, providing feedback, and reporting outcomes to program directors. Advanced degrees and at least one year of instructional experience are preferred; doctoral degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires an advanced degree and at least one year of instructional/presentational experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• A doctoral degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructing/Co-instructing for non-credit courses and workshops
• Preparing course materials (e.g., syllabi, presentation, reading materials, documents, etc.)
• Provide constructive feedback and advisement to participants
• Practice innovative educational methodology and pedagogy
• Generating necessary final reports for program directors
• Some positions may be grant funded
