Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery Unit. This role requires a California nursing license and a minimum of two years of recent Perinatal Nursing experience. Candidates will work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, managing patient care and documenting nursing activities. All applicants must have prior experience and certifications in neonatal care and advanced life support.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a California license.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Skills / Experience

• At least two years of recent Perinatal Nursing experience required.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• 5 years or greater preferred.

Required Credentials

• FHM does not have to be AWHONN, will also accept NCC.
• Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Preferred Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Other Requirements

• 7 days maximum time off.
• 1 reference from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission.
• 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission.
