Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Requirements

California license required for submission.
May require floating to additional units and locations.
Local & travel allowed; candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
12 months between Per Diem at Program: AMN Program - Kaiser NCAL.
12 months between Staff at Program: AMN Program - Kaiser NCAL.
12 months between Part‑Time at Program: AMN Program - Kaiser NCAL.
Pre‑employment modules may be required. Please upload certifications or health documents to your profile to expedite onboarding.
5+ years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery (must have occurred within the last 2 years).
1 year of high‑risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years.
No holiday weekend time off will be accepted.
Floating between facilities may be expected between Manteca & Modesto or Riverside & Moreno Valley.
Float experience does not count toward unit experience requirement.
You must take a 1 year break between staff and travel for ALL Kaiser facilities.
Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 05/26/2025, 07/04/2025, 09/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 0.
1 reference from last 12 months (any reference type) required for submission.
