Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Family Birthing Center team.
- Oversee labor, delivery, and postpartum patient care.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources.
- Lead quality improvement and policy updates.
- Collaborate with obstetricians and pediatricians.
- Provide patient and family education and support.
- Handle budgeting and administrative planning.
- Maintain annual education requirements.
- Perform other duties as required.
