Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately documents vital signs, I&O, and treatments.
• Transcribes orders in line with policies and nurse approval.
• Handles admissions, transfers and discharges, and unit reception.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians and healthcare team.
