Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care setting 2-3 years required and 4 years preferred.
• CSFA (NBSTSA) or CST (NBSTSA) preferred; NH License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operations under supervision; set up operating room and transport patients for surgery.
• Pass instruments, hold retractors, and help count sponges, needles, and supplies.
• Monitor and assess operating room conditions and patient care needs.
• Prepare patients for surgery and ensure sterile technique is maintained.
