Qualifications

• BLS Certification required.
• Surgical Technician Certification by The National Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assisting.
• 1 year experience as a surgical technologist strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with safe positioning and transferring of patients.
• Prepares, maintains, and monitors the sterile field.
• Checks functionality of equipment and instruments.
• Adheres to PPE protocols.
• Demonstrates competency in at least one major service.
