Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technician program or National Certification.
• Successful completion of Operating Room orientation within 6 months of hire.
• Surgical Technologist experience in an acute care healthcare environment or completion of Surgical Tech student rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients undergoing surgical intervention.
• Act as primary technician resource for a specialty service.
• Collaborate with Specialty Nurse to facilitate surgical set up.
