Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta seeks a dedicated Surgical Technologist to support operating room procedures. You will handle instruments, supplies, and equipment, helping to ensure patient safety and high-quality care across service lines.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, BLS, color vision screening, and graduation from an accredited surgical technology program with one year of OR experience (or three years in lieu). Certification as CST or TS-C is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification.
• Graduate of accredited surgical technology program.
• 1 year OR experience as Surgical Technologist.
• Or 3 years full-time OR experience in last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures.
• Provide technical assistance and support to medical/surgical staff.
• Help ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Work across multiple surgical service lines and may work with neonatal to geriatric patients.
