Northside Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support instruments, supplies and equipment during surgical procedures. You will help ensure patient safety and quality of care in turnover and operative settings.
The ideal candidate will have a Surgical Technology program credential, BLS certification, and relevant OR experience; CST or TS-C certifications are preferred when available. Work hours are early morning to afternoon shifts in an on-site OR environment.

The surgical technologist handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Helps to ensure patient safety and quality of care by performing various tasks and duties that provide technical assistance and support to medical/surgical staff and personnel during and in the turnover of surgical procedures. Specializes in multiple surgical services lines and potentially works with neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
REQUIRED
OR
Three (3) years of full-time employment within the last seven (7) years in an Operating Room setting working as a Surgical Technologist.
