Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Hospital, a leading OB surgical unit, seeks a Surgical Technologist in Labor & Delivery. You will join a fast-paced, high-acuity environment assisting with Cesarean sections, emergency C-sections, and critical maternal-fetal procedures.

Position offers 36-hour rotating schedule, on-site at 45 Francis Street, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus eligibility; CST certification required and 2+ years of surgical tech experience preferred, especially in L&D.

Qualifications

• CST Certification required
• 2+ years Surgical Tech experience preferred
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with Cesarean sections and emergency C-sections
• Support postpartum hemorrhage procedures
• Assist D&C procedures and tubal ligations
• Participate in complex maternal-fetal surgeries
