Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with policies and protocols.
• Coordinates patient care with all disciplines for well‑coordinated care.
• Assesses discharge planning needs with patient, family and team.
• Educates patient and family based on age, culture and learning needs.
• Performs duties under the Nurse Practice Act.
