Job summary

The Birth Place at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for mothers and babies in ante-, intra-, and post-partum periods, including intra-unit Cesarean and related gynecologic procedures.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program with NH RN licensure and at least 1 year in Labor & Delivery. This role joins a Magnet-designated team that delivers family-centered care with an emphasis on safety and education.

Qualifications

• Current NH RN licensure.
• A minimum of 1 year in Labor & Delivery.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care and set care goals for patients.
• Incorporate patient values, best practice, and evidence into care delivery.
• Engage patients and families in the care process and decisions.
