Job summary

The Birth Place at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, NH is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive obstetric care during ante-, intra-, and postpartum periods within a Magnet-designated, family-centered unit.

You will work with board-certified obstetricians, CNMs, and a multidisciplinary team to support mothers and newborns, including in-unit cesarean and other procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care.
• Integrate patient values, best practice, and evidence into patient care.
• Engage patients and/or families in the care delivery.
• Function competently within own scope of practice.
• Utilize a communication style/practice to meet the needs of the team and/or the situation.

Education

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
