Little Colorado Medical Center in Winslow, Arizona is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN to provide comprehensive patient care under supervision. Responsibilities include assessments, care plans, and patient education.

Qualifikationen

2 years of Labor, Delivery, Nursery, and Postpartum experience required.
6 months of acute care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
Develop patient care plans using the Care Plan framework.
Direct and deliver patient care while providing education.
Identify and correct variances from the patient’s care plan.
Complete discharge planning.
Report directly to the Charge Nurse.

Kenntnisse

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic nursing skills

Willingness to float to Med Surg

Moderate computer proficiency

Ausbildung

High School Diploma or equivalent

Graduate from an accredited nursing training program

Arizona State Nursing License or compact state licensure

Tools

BLS certification

ACLS certification

NRP certification
