Qualifications
- 2 years of Labor, Delivery, Nursery, and Postpartum experience required.
- 6 months of acute care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
- Develop patient care plans using the Care Plan framework.
- Direct and deliver patient care while providing education.
- Identify and correct variances from the patient’s care plan.
- Complete discharge planning.
- Report directly to the Charge Nurse.
