Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure required; BCLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings; reports changes.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and discharge.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities.
