Job summary

Mercy South in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery on a part-time day shift. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced obstetric unit.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Current RN license in state of practice or Compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients of all ages.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with standards.
