Job summary

Conjoint Inc. is hiring Registered Nurses for Labor & Delivery in Seattle, Washington. This full-time night-shift role offers 12-hour shifts and a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates who meet requirements.

We seek experienced RNs with a Washington license, BLS, NRP, and at least one year in Labor & Delivery to deliver safe, evidence-based care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Washington RN License upon hire.
BLS certification upon hire.
NRP certification upon hire.
Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions appropriately.
Advocate for patients and families while supporting ethical, holistic, and patient-centered care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and evidence-based nursing practices.
Educate patients, families, students, and healthcare team members.
Coordinate care and appropriately delegate responsibilities within the care team.
Maintain required competencies and participate in ongoing professional development.
