Job summary

Providence’s Swedish First Hill is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a full-time, night-shift position (12-hour shifts) in Seattle. The role offers a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates, along with a comprehensive benefits package beginning on day one.

Qualifications include a graduation from an accredited nursing program, Washington RN license, BLS and NRP upon hire, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, identifies nursing diagnoses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care.
• Develops, updates and coordinates the patient’s plan of care to achieve goals.
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition.
• Advocates for ethical and holistic care.
• Fosters learning for patient/families and healthcare team.
