AdventHealth Winter Garden Primary is hiring a part-time night-shift Registered Nurse to join our care team. Eligible clinicians can advance salary through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience and achievement of advancement criteria.

Shifts are two 12-hour nights, with location in Winter Garden, Florida. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessments, individualized care plans, medication administration, patient education, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, update as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
