Job summary

BayCare Health System in Florida is seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a compassionate team at Winter Haven Women's Hospital. This full-time role offers day and night shifts, 6:45PM–7:15AM, every-other weekend, and on-call responsibilities. Requires RN license with BLS and NRP, plus ASN or BSN.

Education includes an associate or bachelor degree in nursing, with RN licensure preferred. The RN will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams,

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license must be current.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Works in a hospital setting, uses nursing process to care for patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care providers in plan of care.
• Organizes and updates plan of care with patient and family.
• Identifies patients at risk and prepares room environment.
