Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Valid California RN license required.
• American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS required.
• ACLS will be obtained during internship.
• 1 year recent acute care RN experience required.
• Must commit to working in L&D for at least 18 months after the training.

Responsibilities

• The Labor and Delivery Internship Program prepares the RN to work in obstetrics, including High Risk Obstetrics, Antepartum care, Delivery, Postpartum and Newborn care.
• The internship starts December 7, 2026 and is designed to build clinical skills in a teaching hospital environment.
