Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN or higher preferred.
• Current California State RN License required.
• ACLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross and NRP Certification.
• For RN III: Specialty Certification (external applicants may obtain within one year of hire).

Responsibilities

• Monitor labor and delivery patients and provide maternal‑fetal care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes.
• Deliver newborns and support labor progression in a high‑volume unit.
• Support family education and postpartum care as part of patient‑centered care.
