Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care in a busy hospital setting. You will lead the healthcare team and uphold the facility’s philosophy of care, ensuring high standards of service and teamwork.

The position requires an active Nevada RN license, BLS, and may require ACLS/PALS/NRP depending on department. An interim license may be necessary for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience: One-year acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months.
• License/Certification: Nevada RN license; current BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required.
• Other: Must pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence and supervise staff under your direction.
