Qualifications

• Minimum six months of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care for assigned patients on a shift to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Provides direction to other team members to ensure quality and safety in care.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary health care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participates in quality improvement and adherence to standards and protocols.
• Completes annual requirements and competency reviews for the unit and institution.
