Job summary

ChristianaCare is hiring a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery at the Women's & Children's Building in Newark, DE. Full-time, 12-hour rotating shifts (7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM), with weekend/holiday commitments and on-call rotations.

The role offers training across L&D, High Risk OB, OB Peri-Op, and Antenatal, plus opportunities in the OBGYN Emergency once established. Join a leading health system delivering high-quality maternal care.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.
• Experience in women's & children's services preferred.
• Two years of Acute Care experience strongly preferred.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients and families.
• Train in Labor & Delivery, High Risk OB, OB Peri-Op and Antenatal with advancement to OBGYN Emergency.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care and coordinate with the care team.
