Job summary

Amergis is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care in the L&D unit at JB Lewis-McChord, WA. The contract is full-time with pay at $66 per hour and 40 hours per week, plus benefits and additional allowances.

Candidates must have an unrestricted RN license, at least 1 year in L&D within the last two years, and ACEN/CCNE-accredited education, with BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN fetal monitoring credentials.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (unrestricted).
• 1+ year of Labor & Delivery experience in past 2 years.
• ACEN/CCNE accredited nursing program; CGFNS for overseas education.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive L&D nursing care, including high-risk obstetric care.
• Offer antepartum care to patients >18 weeks gestation.
• Perform complex treatments and monitor patient status; titrate meds as needed.
• Coordinate care with OB-GYN, anesthesia, and midwives; ensure proper handoffs.
