A healthcare staffing agency is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will provide high-risk perinatal care and support in a maternity services environment. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal nurse-to-patient ratios, participating in triage, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Experience in facilities with 200+ deliveries preferred.
• Candidates with 100-200 deliveries will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in labor, ensuring a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Assist with prenatal assessments and interventions.
• Monitor and manage postpartum care with a 1:3 couplet ratio.
• Partake in triage for efficient patient flow.
• Support CNAs in postpartum unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient outcomes.
