Southern New Hampshire Medical Center’s Birth Place in Nashua is seeking an experienced L&D Registered Nurse to provide ante-, intra-, and post-partum care on an 18-room unit that supports Cesarean and gynecologic procedures. The Birth Place emphasizes family-centered care and continuous education in fetal monitoring and obstetric emergencies.

As a valued member of the Patient Care Services team, you’ll deliver high-quality care, collaborate with obstetricians, CNMs, and pediatric specialists,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care and establishes goals to meet the patient’s needs.
• Integrate patient values, best practice, and evidence into patient care.
• Engage patients and/or families in the care delivery.
• Function competently within own scope of practice.
• Utilize a communication style/practice to meet the needs of the team and/or the situation.
