Job summary

The Birth Place at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, NH is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum unit to care for mothers and newborns.

You will provide ante-, intra-, and post-partum nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, including potential Cesarean and other gynecologic procedures, while upholding family-centered care and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver priority-based nursing care for mothers and babies.
• Support in ante-, intra-, and post-partum care and in-unit procedures.
• Collaborate with obstetric team to provide patient-centered care.
• Engage families in care planning.
• Maintain documentation and patient monitoring.
