Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an RN to join our Banner Staffing Services registry, supporting nursing care at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. The role involves assessing patients, planning and delivering care in an acute hospital setting, and coordinating with the care team.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS, and recent acute care experience. A fingerprint clearance card may be required. This registry role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
BLS certification is required.
Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital within the past 12 months.
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required for some Banner facilities.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with the health care team.
Document assessments, plans, and outcomes in patient records.
Provide direct nursing care based on physician orders and the nursing plan of care.
Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge planning as needed.
