Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Family Birth Center. You will provide direct patient care across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum floors with a focus on family-centered, couplet care.

The role supports new graduate RNs through the Nurse Residency program and requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts. TN sponsorship is available, and state licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Able to work flexible hours including days/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct RN patient care in the Family Birth Center.
• Collaborate with obstetrics, maternal-fetal medicine, neonatology, and pediatrics teams.
• Support new graduate nurses through residency program and mentorship.
• Adhere to Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and standards.
