Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota's Family Birth Center is hiring a registered nurse to provide direct patient care across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn care, supported by a multidisciplinary team in a family-centered, couplet care model.

An active RN license and nursing degree are required; the role offers flexible hours, including nights and weekends, plus a competitive nursing compensation model and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program and RN license required.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with electronic medical records.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn care.
• Coordinate nursing care and patient education with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support leadership and quality improvement efforts within the unit.
• Work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
