Mayo Clinic is seeking a Nurse Team Leader to guide nursing staff on the unit, coordinate daily patient care, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The role requires RN licensure, leadership, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on a full-time schedule with 12-hour night shifts.

The position supports professional development, teamwork, and adherence to the Mayo Nursing Care Model, with opportunities for ongoing education and advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an associate degree or diploma in a nursing program.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting.
• Must demonstrate ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Provide evidence of a baccalaureate degree in nursing within five years if RN start date is after Apr 1, 2020.
• Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends and on-call.
