Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Nurse RN Team Lead to join the patient-centered nursing team. You will lead, delegate, and coordinate care, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient patient flow in collaboration with management and staff.

The role requires current RN licensure, a nursing degree, and at least one year of RN experience. Expect 12-hour night shifts, full-time schedule, and weekend rotation with opportunities for professional growth within Mayo Clinic's care model.

Formación

• Graduate of an associate degree or diploma in a nursing program.
• Current RN licensure by applicable state requirements.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting.

Responsabilidades

• The TL delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, and availability of resources.
• Provides leadership through staff development, teaching, precepting, committee work, quality improvements and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates nursing care, including direct patient care, education and transitions of care.
• Works within the Mayo Nursing Care Model to plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care for assigned patients.
• May be required to provide direct clinical care.
