Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Unit. This role delivers nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in a fast-paced unit.

The position requires an active RN license in the state and English proficiency. Evening/night shifts are included, offering a 0.9 FTE schedule within a regular rotation, aligned with hospital standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support training.
• Institutional Intermediate EKG course training.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support training (preferred).
• Experience using Windows-based computer systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric Medical/Surgical patients.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the hospital and department.
