Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CA Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the formulation of the overall plan of care for the patient.
• Identify needs across biophysical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, socio-cultural, and spiritual domains.
• Demonstrate accountability for ongoing status of assigned patients.
• Collect and document data relevant to the condition.
