Job summary

HonorHealth Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for day shifts in the Skilled Nursing area. The role requires 2 years of L&D experience, with a focus on delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients and families.

The RN will follow ANA standards, manage IVs and medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. A plus is BSN or higher and active Arizona RN licensure.

Qualifications

• RN with strong nursing knowledge and patient-centered care.
• Active BLS certification and ARizona RN license.
• Experience in med-surg or acute care settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow ANA standards and Code of Ethics for patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a family-centered approach.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare.
