Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery to provide specialized, patient-centered care through labor, delivery, recovery, and the immediate postpartum period in Ganado, Arizona. You will assess conditions, monitor mother and newborn status, and assist with deliveries while coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team.

The role emphasizes monitoring fetal well-being, administering therapies, and ensuring safe, high-quality maternal care.

Qualifications

• ASN required for RN licensure.
• RN license current in state of practice or Compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor antepartum, laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients.
• Monitor fetal heart rate, uterine activity, and maternal status during labor.
• Assist physicians during vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments.
• Provide newborn care, stabilization, and family education.
• Recognize obstetric and neonatal emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Maintain clinical documentation and EMR records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Follow infection prevention, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
