Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in state of employment.
• Associates degree in nursing or higher is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Licensed professional nurse with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience requirements not specified beyond preference for 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans; observe outcomes.
• Perform nursing interventions such as IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate patient charts; document status, interventions, and outcomes.
• Advocate for patient health and safety; uphold patient rights.
• Provide patient/family education, assess learning readiness, and evaluate teaching effectiveness.
