Job summary

Las Palmas Medical Center seeks a Labor Delivery RN to provide direct nursing care within a team-based approach. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with patients, families, and health care professionals.

Requirements include ACLS, BCLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation within specified timeframes, plus an RN degree (ADN/BSN or RN Diploma). This on-site role supports a 300+ bed facility with a full range of women’s services.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with Las Palmas Medical Center policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with patient, family and health care team to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and coordinate the plan of care.
